The CG204 is a portable meter designed for noninvasive coating thickness measurements. The tester uses dual technology that provides automatic recognition of ferrous (magnetic induction measurement) and non-ferrous (eddy current measurement) substrates.

The CG204 has a 0 to 1250 µm (0 to 49 mils) measuring range with ±3 percent accuracy and 0.1 µm (0.004 mil) resolution for both ferrous and non-ferrous applications.
